Not all health insurances cover acupuncture service. We accept following health insurances:
  • Highmark BlueShield, Federal Employee Program (FEP)
  • Workman's Compensation (Pennsylvania only)
  • Auto Insurance/No Fault
If your insurance is not listed above, you can do the following:
  1. Contact your own insurance company to find out your coverage on acupuncture. It may be considered as out-off network service by your insurance companies.
  2. Pay service fees to OriLife Acupuncture with cash/check/credit card at service.
  3. A treatment claim form with payment receipt are provided to you after your treatment. You may contact your insurance company companies.
