
The Practitioner
Weiying Zhang, L.Ac., M.P.H., M.D. (China) is a licensed acupuncturist and board certified herbalist, who is specialized in pain management, women’s diseases, and psycho-emotional disorders. She is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where she completed a rigorous four-year course of study in Oriental as well as Western Medicine. She is one of the few interns, who participated in the acupuncture internship at the NYU-Hospital for Joint Diseases, where she treated disabled patients with acupuncture.
Her other experiences include acupuncture apprenticeship in China’s teaching hospital where she treated patients with muscle/joint pain, paralysis and other neurological disorders; Chinese medicine training in a TCM hospital for miscellaneous diseases where she follow prominent Chinese physician during his patient assessment.
My Statement
I am a licensed Acupuncturist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. My goal is to facilitate healing in a nurturing, professional, and supportive atmosphere. My practise will bring the best oriental healing art to your life.
Acupuncture is very effective in treating pain. It can treat many internal diseases as well. Althought I treat the human body as a whole, I am specialized in pain management, psycho-emotional disorders, and wommen's diseases.
My styles of practise include those taught in modern acpuncture schools and those passed down by classic lineage
