It is between South Street and Gaskill Street, in the old city of Philadelphia.  The entrance is on 4th street next to Starbucks Coffee. It is easy to find a parking on the street during business hours.  You may get discount parking if you use the Abbot Square Parking which is on 3rd street and to the south of South street.
