Potential Participants: 
Any woman age 18 to 62 that has a breast ultrasound confirms the diagnosis of benign breast nodule, cyst, or fibroid for more than 3 months are welcome to enroll to our study.  In some cases a biopsy is needed to confirm non-malignancy. This study will not consider the following as research subjects: male, pregnancy or breastfeeding, had any breast surgery in the past, taking any medication (except pain medicine) for breast tumor within the past 3 months, other late stage cancer,  severe organ or mental illness.

Benefits: 
The first 100 qualified women will receive a bottle of herbal paste for breast health for free. (studies in China showed that by placing a herbal plasters on the skin above the breast nodules can help reduce pain)
