With education from the US and China, and with post-graduate training in many different clinic settings, Dr. Zhang is experienced in treating many disease conditions by selecting different sets of acupuncture points, small in quantity to keep energy flow focused but specific to disease conditions, from nearly 365 known acupuncture points. Patients under care experience delightful slight numbness at the worked acupuncture points, indicating that acupuncture points are correctly selected, fine needles are precisely inserted, and  acupuncture stimulation  is turned on. Feeling pain means that selection of acupuncture points is not optimal or needle tips end up at wrong locations.
